Autobrite Car Wash

I've been taking my cars to Autobrite for at least a decade. Even now that I've moved to the other side of 400 in Johns Creek, it's worth it to drive back over a couple of times a month to get my car cleaned up. They do an amazing job, thorough and detailed and I've never once had an issue. Plus they're just super nice people. The monthly subscription is worth it if you get your car cleaned twice a month or more.

I brought my SUV here for a hand wash, and they did an incredible job. If you care about your car's paint and want to avoid the swirl marks from automatic brush washes, this is absolutely the place to go. The team was incredibly thorough—they took their time with the exterior, got all the bugs off the front bumper, and did a fantastic job cleaning the wheels and tire wells. The interior was spotless, wiped down perfectly without leaving any greasy residue behind, and the glass was completely streak-free. It takes a little longer than a machine wash, of course, but the quality and care they put into their work is worth every minute and every dollar. Professional service and great value. I’ll definitely be a regular customer!

Today I took my car to be washed. I’m not new to this place. See pictures below. I’m always happy about my car wash service. Today! I’m totally pissed off. This is a brand new car. They’ve washed it every it every time it’s been washed no complaints. Today someone decided that the dealership sticker on the bottom left of the hatch should be removed! I didn’t ask anyone to do this. It wasn’t bothering me!! I’m loading my groceries into my car and I noticed it. I called there Julie wanted to basically say I’m a liar! She implied. So now my car has a deep scratch actually several where you can see the metal. And nobody’s being held accountable. And she said she can’t see anything on the camera because of the angle. I doubt she even looked. Note to self check car before and after service.

This place is amazing! I hate I didn't have cash on me and had to do tip via card. The price for the value is unmatched. And they went above and beyond in my opinion. I have never seen my car so clean inside and out. And the workers are so friendly. You definitely have a repeat customer and will recommend to others.

Wow I am so impressed with the place! I spent $67 dollars after tip and got my suburban washed and detailed, mats cleaned, leather seats cleaned and conditioned. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. My car was FILTHY after numerous trips to the beach and a couple road trips with two small children ( you know they trashed my car). Definitely will be back any time I need a deep clean. My car looks and smells good as new! Customer service was great as well 🤩
